Warranty conditions
Driverama warranty valid for 12 months or 15 000 Km from the moment of purchase of the vehicle, depending on which of those conditions comes first.
The buyer cannot assert any claims other than those expressly stated in these warranty conditions.
The warranty obliges Driverama to remedy covered defects that are legitimately claimed by repairing or replacing parts or groups of components free of charge.
Removal of defects, other repairs and part replacements will be carried out exclusively by service partners designated by Driverama.
The repair method is determined by the service partner designated by Driverama.
The guarantee provisions shall not affect the buyers rights which are attached to the purchase of the vehicle under other legal provisions.
The vehicle owner is responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the vehicle. The Driverama warranty is valid only if the owner fulfils his or her obligations to carry out the prescribed inspections.
If the owner does not make the vehicle available for the timely repair of defects covered by the warranty, the warranty claim may be forfeited. This also applies if defects occur that could have been prevented by timely repair.
