After entering your identification information (name, surname) and contact data (e-mail), you can create a user account at the Driverama.de website. Access to the user account is protected by a password that will be generated and sent to the email address you entered (you need to confirm the registration in the email), alternatively via linking to another internet service (Google, Facebook). In the user account you can access information about your purchases, viewed products, concluded contract and contractual documentation, and you can change the setting for marketing and other communication that you are interested in. A registered user is authorized to request, at any time, a change or deletion of their user account or a change or deletion of all their data from the database of user account, either directly after logging in into their account or by sending a request to the e-mail address dschutz@driverama.com. The controller is authorized to remove a user account if the registered user does not log into the account for over 10 years; the account may also be terminated for other reasons (e.g., end of business activities, changing of web address). The user will be informed of any such termination at least 3 months before the planned termination.
